Gemelli is run by Jason and Liana — twins who grew up Italian, with good coffee and honest food always at the centre of family life. The recipes behind our panini go back three generations, made the same way they always have been.

We opened in Ivanhoe wanting to bring that to our neighbours — nothing reinvented, just done properly. Good coffee, panini made with care, and a place where regulars feel like family.
